Eligibility

The CISSP certification is the most globally recognized professional requirement in the IT Security domain. This CISSP training is best suited for those at the intermediate level of their career including; security consultants/managers, IT directors/managers, security auditors/architects, security system engineers, CIOs, and network architects.

A person who possess a minimum five years of direct full-time security work experience in two or more of the (ISC) information security domains. A candidate without the five years of experience can earn the Associate of International Information System Security Certification Consortium) designation by passing the required CISSP examination, valid for a maximum of six years. During those six years a candidate will have to obtain the required experience and submit the required endorsement form for the certification as a CISSP. After the completion of the professional experience requirements the certification is than converted to CISSP status.

To claim the CISSP certificate from ISC2 it is mandatory that you have at least 5 years of recent full-time professional work experience in 2 or more of the 8 domains of the CISSP – CBK 2018. In the case that you do not yet have the required 5 years of experience you will be awarded an ISC2 associate title which will be replaced with the CISSP certificate after you gain and submit proof of your experience.

• Complete one simulation test with a minimum score of 60%.

Que:4 How frequently does exam fee change?
Ans: Exam prices are dynamic and governed by the certification body. Normally price changes are announced during the end of the calendar year. You will be liable to pay the difference amount to Plinth Learning if you had not booked the exam and the exam price is hiked in the meantime.

Que:5 What is the validity of my exam voucher?
Ans: Exam vouchers are valid for 1 year from the date of issuance. If you do not book the exam within 1 year from purchase of voucher, you will need to buy the voucher again per the actual price.

Que:6 Does the course fee include examination fees as well?
Ans: No, the course fee is not inclusive of the examination fee.

Que:7 Can I ask for refund of exam voucher cost once it is issued to me?
Ans: No, exam voucher cost cannot be refunded once it is issued to a learner as we procure this from third party bodies. Plinth Learning does not own the voucher policies and cost.
